Version: SafeSpace Free Edition 2.0.41
Pros: Good if you want security and are willing to sacrifice some speed ... either way, it's worth the try

Version: SafeSpace Free Edition 1.2.145
Pros: I tried this for less than a day. Does what it claims.
Cons: This just isn't something I need. It is a little confusing. I have enough security on my PC, so I don't feel the need for a sandbox program. If I need a browser that's more secure than any other, I use Browzar.

Version: SafeSpace Free Edition 1.1.96 beta
"Real potential - but not there yet"
Pros: The interface for Safe Space is nicely designed and the program's concept is excellent. The icon for the program looks well on the desktop and in the system tray. One can customize the border which displays around protected programs, and easily un-protect a program to accomplish a specific task. Tech support is prompt and thorough. This program has the potential to be the next generation replacement for former green border pro users, and anyone who wants as much protection as possible while online.
Cons: The safe space install was uneventful, and went without a hitch, but after that, real problems began. It so completely locked up my system that after having to force shut down 3 times by way of the power button (not even ctrl-alt-del would work) I had to boot into safe mode, run msconfig to disable start up programs, reboot then uninstall it. Whatever changes it had made to my system were not undone by the uninstall and I then had to reinstall Firefox, Mailwasher Pro and Eudora in order for them to function properly. I have not yet tried to use IE7 and anticipate I will have to reinstall it as well. No data fortunately was lost in this process, and thank God Windows wasn't corrupted, but this beta caused quite a mess. While it was loaded, not even my backup program was able to run, and I back up locally to a DVD drive. I ran it on Win XP with 1GB of RAM and a 2.80 Ghz processor. The amount of RAM didn't seem to be the issue as the reported processes are not overly large.

Version: SafeSpace Free Edition 1.1.96 beta
Pros: Nothing.
Cons: Takes up WAY too many resources. My computer locked up every time I booted up. I could not even uninstall in safe mode and had to do a system restore. DO NOT download or install this CRAP.
