Version: STOPzilla 5.0
"well, it helped me 5 years ago..."
Pros: got rid of some bad stuff on my computer 5 years ago
Cons: get a credit card bill for $40, 5 years after I used this on an old computer. call up to find out what it is....oh, my last payment for life time subscription.
Summary: cumbersome, it's supposed to block crap from getting on your computer, but wants to put it's own stuff and add tools bars. I had it running and malware totally brought down my computer. I had to reinstall XP...then installed another anti-virus program, and thought, well, even if stopzilla sucks, why not install it since from out of no where I got charged $40 as a final payment for my lifetime substription, I didn't know I paid for (I'm giving them a benefit of a doubt since that was 5 years ago)...it says I ran out of re-installs, to call them up, just got sick of it so tried to uninstall it, and it's not happening.
I signed up for that?
their product sucks, didn't stop anything, won't even uninstall
this product sucks! Bills from out of no where, tries to pollute your browser, doesn't stop malware, annoying to use.
