From SQLphone :SQLphone answers phone calls automatically. It guides callers through a flowchart of your design, allowing callers to interact with your database using a touch-tone phone. With SQLphone, you can build a phone-answering system to collect data, provide information, create bookings, or order products. SQLphone Designer allows an IVR (interactive voice response) system to be developed and tested free of charge. To deploy the IVR system, users must purchase the SQLphone Runtime application.
Version 5.4 may include unspecified updates, enhancements, or bug fixes.

"Appears to be an excellent product, not exactly free though."
Pros: Good looking and simple gui, excellent product for businesses that need an automated phone system.
Cons: The software is pretty pointless unless you plan to buy additional software and hardware from the publisher.
