"The best free antispam around."
Pros: I have been using Spam Fighter now on and off for a few years and keep coming back to it. It is the best free spam filter for Outlook and Express. It is the quickest one I have found also that integrates into outlook and no extra steps to filter like Mail Washer. I went through the process of downloading and installing just about all the free spam filters that had user rating above 3 on download.com but just couldn't find one as good as Spam Fighter.
Even on the highest setting it rarely sucks out good emails from your inbox. One of the best aspects is that you can clean up a mail folder anytime you want. So if you have thousands of crap emails in your inbox, download this and run the Clean Folder tool to quickly remove just about all the junk. Also one click removes and blocks emails.
Cons: It puts a message at the end of all emails you send out. But hey small price to pay for a free application this good.

"needs improvements immediatly"
Pros: pro version free for 30days then normal version free, some of its features work
Cons: download gives you version 5.5.0 15mins to install then immediatly your told version 5.6.9 is available so the version download just gave you is out of date!, fairly simple to learn to use but ive found the unblock button to remove an email its mistakenly labeled spam causes spamfighter to freeze up ( windows task manager cntl+alt+del keys) says not resonding and you have to crash outlookexpress ans spamfighter...like i said this must be fixed ! i only got this to try and save some time over useing yahoo mail via the web..if we can permanently block spam with this well save some time...please let me know when youve fixed version 5.6.9

"Excellent Spam Fighting Tool"
Pros: Pros: Seamless integration into Outlook Express and highly accurate spam filtering make this software well worth the price, particularly if you have no spam filtering software at the server level.
Cons: Cons: Most email services already have spam protection at the server level, which if effective makes SpamFighter redundant.

Pros: No need to train the filter. Install and the program begins to filter spam straightaway.
Cons: I had to uncheck "send and receive messages at startup" in Outlook Express options because OE loaded faster than Spamfighter and all spam went unfiltered. This is a minor annoyance, though. The real problem is that very often spamfighter doesn't load at all. I have to open and close Outlook Express several times before I get Spamfighter to load. This IS an annoyance, which led me to finally uninstall the program.

Pros: Once you train it (which is done very easily), it does send SPAM to the SPAM folder. Isn't that what we all want? It does EXACTLY what it is told to do and then some. It's very easy to use.
Cons: I have SBC Yahoo DSL and Yahoo also filters out the SPAM and puts it in the SPAM folder before it gets to my Outlook Express. I suppose this is a good thing, but since Yahoo does this I can't tell you if SPAMFighter is perfect.
