Soho Business Cards is a fantastic product. It gives you the tools that are usually reserved for the high-end design applications. I love it.

Box clearly states it can do "double-sided" and "folded" business cards. No where in the program or in the downloadable manual are there any instructions as to achieving this. Support for this product consists of writing an email for their advertised "Free Email Support" and being given a generated email directing you to their discussion boards. Read other reviews where their response time was over a week. Tried to work with my logo and it would embed in the card and I was unable to select it, move it, resize it, etc. Using the manual, tried to do many of the steps and most buttons were not active.

The package is poorly documented and the logic or intuitive usage is completely missing. I cannot believe this is the same company that has produced Organizer and F10, Stickybrain, etc.
Some features just don't work. They're in the menus and selecting them causes nothing.
I have contacted Chronos via email and they said to upgrade from 1.01 to 1.01! They didn't even bother to read the explanation I sent them about the errors.
