"No support for an uninstall"

Pros
Did not know going it that it was a pay service. I would have considered paying, but would have liked to know in advance.

Cannot uninstall easily

Not the kind of company I want to deal with --ever.
To be fair, I just found a page about uninstalling the plug-in. The page is under "functionality" and uses the term "remove" rather than "uninstall." http://www.smsmac.com/help/faq/functionality/remove/

This is a for fee service; this is not readily apparent on web site.
No removal tool! Web site points to removing 2 plug-ins in library, but when I navigated there plug-ins are not there. Now stuck with an addition to my Address Book, I do not want.Summary
If I was a heavy user of text services, or if product somehow tied to other SMS products i.e. Skype, this would be a useful add on. Yearly subscription required and .10 a text after that. No thanks.
No removal tool is a real irritant. If someone can figure out how to do this, please post.
