1-It an ugly interface 2-Not safe 3-Not convient 4- I saw No results

I guess I am naive about these things, but the program seems to be fully functional to me as a network card optimizer, both for use with internal networks and the Internet.
Can you explain in what way the program fails or how it could be improved?
