"CASC DSL is far much better than this."
Pros: Small file and has accurate results. You can set meter from KB/s to kbps so you may set benchmark on how fast your connetion. Just run the program and no setup or anything confusing configuration is required.
Cons: 1) You cannot set it on your system tray
2) You cannot set the program to run at start-up
3) You cannot change the color of the graph
4) You cannot set the tranparency of the graph window if you want to set this on top of all other window

Pros: I don't know about other users, but this program works perfectly fine under my Windows XP (SP2), so perhaps they were having issues with compatability with other programs. Displays speed very quickly, as it does a quick test to web pages. It's will be more accurate the more pages you enter into the preferences file, but even with just a few default pages, it was pretty good.
Cons: Very poor interface and GUI -- very non intuitive (using "menu" items as if they were buttons, having to right click just to get a menu in a separate window, etc.). Other than that, the program works well, but is very simple and not very powerful. This is for very basic use only.

"Excellent Program. It does all I need to monitor my data traffic."
Pros: The best I found. Unlike other similar programs it does not consume any CPU time. The CPU loading is extremely low even though data is continuously monitored. In addition it only takes 200 KB of disk space. Highly recommended.

"Great + Simple to use + Needs no install"
Pros: Version 3.2 is simple and needs no install.
+ Version 3.2 contains no spyware according to my AVG installation. (And no problems according to SpywareGuard, Spybot-resident, PrevX, Antivir, Regprot and a2-Scanner).
+ Always thought that downloads started at very high speeds. Not so, says RxTx, downloads start with Firefox before you even tell it what it should do with the downloaded file.
+ Works on XP.
+ Works on C:- and D:-partition.
+ Many statistics for experts (i'm not one).
Cons: Some minor points.
- Doesn't like a big graph-window.
- Menu-handling is a little bit strange.
- graph-window is like the one in XP (but this can't be a bad thing when working on older Windows-versions).

"Excellent program. Very simple and reliable."
Pros: Amazingly low CPU and Memory Usage. Many useful traffic data shown by just moving the mouse over the graph. Highly recommended.
