Summary
I spent all of about 10mins looking through this for a quick fix and then quickly came to the realization that this is a very in-depth look at creating a rotating shift scheduler. I'm sure it's a great tool if you know how to use it, however I don't recommend it for the avg person trying to develop any sort of rotating schedule for a group less than 10.

Everytime I tried to download this I got an error message this page cannot be displayed. So I really can't rate it since I can't get it to download to use it.
