Version: RocketDock 1.3.5
"why use this if you can use windows link bar"
Cons: Unless you have enough memory on your computer to waiste it with this application why not just set up your own linkbar in windows xp, takes you 5 - 10 minutes and you can set it up just as you like. Start any program, internet site, open file or folder and get more done without downloading anything. Watch my video on youtube (search for toudai1)

With a link bar you still have to open the bar itself to find what you want . A link bar is just a shortened start menu of select programs unless you know how to add more to it. Rocketdock you can setup just a link bar but dont have to constantly open it to access a program. Instead of highlighting the program it enlarges the icon so you know which you are opening is the one you want.

This is way cooler than a link bar. But I would set up a link bar if I still only had 256 mb ram, to be fair.

Huh? Actually, it takes less than 5-10 minutes to do something like that, if someone really wanted to "waiste" their time with doing that. Waiste?

A link bar is as ugly as can be.
