Helpful and easy to use, RoboTask effectively automates most routine PC chores without hindering system performance. The utility automatically executes almost all actions an average system administrator needs, such as pinging IPs, popping up messages, sending e-mails, transferring files via FTP, starting or stopping Windows services, assigning any combination of keystrokes to applications, working with the Registry, and repeating mouse movements. RoboTask monitors your PC and launches a set of tasks whenever a triggering event occurs, including a keystroke, a dying notebook battery, a dropped Internet connection, or a new file appearing in a folder. You can use conditional operators such as if and then, as well as loops and variables, to make the program handle virtually any job. We like the interface, which includes a scripting helper that lets you select possible actions for your tasks. RoboTask's comprehensive range of tools make it a good bet for just about any user who wants to stop wasting time manually performing repetitive PC tasks.
