    "Won't run."

    I don't know. Program wouldn't run.

    I don't know. Program wouldn't run.

    I'm running Win XP, SP2.
When I installed it, the installation program said I had to install Microsoft Net Framework. After installing Net Framework, the RoboGuru installation finished. I tried running the tuner, but it immediately crashes and generates a crash report.

Now, I'm not positive where the problem lies, whether it's the framework or the program, maybe DirectX. I dunno.
So much for that. I'm going to try to fix what's wrong by updating, but I have doubts. If it doesn't work, I will be uninstalling.

Unfortunately, this review system forces a rating. I was unsure what to rate. I read the other review, and will take his word and give this program 5 stars (despite the difficulties).
