You only have to remember your master password to keep unlimited web sites and passwords in one place. Generates hard passwords. Syncs between computers over the internet. . .your data is always up to date if you have more than one computer or USB key drive.
Cons
Doesn't cook breakfast or serve it to you in bed.
Summary
Best password keeping program I have seen. If you place Roboform inside a Cryptainer . . . or a "Folder Lock" container your data is doubly protected. Great for key drives on the go.

Cons
Annual fee is not necessary, should be a one time fee. Too ease for hackers to find passwords, although you can create a master password which is cumbersome.
Summary
Highly recommended for those using multiple user-id's and passwords.

This program is very useful as a secure vault for private information, not just for passwords. It is frequently updated and the CNet Smart Install works excellently with this (and all other) progam(s)

For me there are no negatives.

Easy to use, organize, a very user friendly tool bar, and I very much like the fill in form feature.

Can't print out the list of sites and passwords, which is a little scary when using the password generator.

Cons
Does NOT support progressive signons (with specialized questions). Some bugs with graphics and upgrades. Major upgrades to product require purchase (they're not very "frank" about that).
