"Works very well -"
Version: RoboForm 7.8
Pros
1. KEEPS my PIN numbers at the touch of a key stroke for any and all the web sites I visit.
2. Will create a PIN number that is ridiculously STRONG and impossible to remember
3. Will fill-in and complete very large forms - i.e., ordering an
item on the net -- will fill-in (automatically) EVERYTHING it can, including DOB, SSAN, Credit Card #'s, account #'s, Driver License #, etc., etc.
4. NO WAY would I be able to keep from "LOOKING UP" that info every time I order something. BIG TIME SAVER !Cons
At FIRST glance, it's sorta daunting, but they do kinda walk you thru the initial input. Seemed "easy" after you do it once or twice though.
Having a slilght difficult time with having TWO Credit Cards - it seems to mix them up a bit, and haven't yet figured out how to keep them separated. Sometimes it will put the Authentication code from one card on to the other card, which will obviously reject the PLACE ORDER choice.Summary
ALL IN ALL I like the program and will work around MY error till I find the solution.

"My Choice for Best Password Manager"
Version: RoboForm 7.8
Pros
Excellent cross-platform integration/sync for passwords, bookmarks, forms and other secure info. I use multiple Windows PC's along with Apple iPhone and iPad. RF Everywhere syncs them all. Also saves and fills passwords for many non-browser Windows applications. Frequently updated/enhanced. Excellent/responsive support team.
Cons
I would prefer the local datastore to be in a single database rather than individual files. I wish Siber Systems had a forum. The initial RF Everywhere account setup/sync still retains confusing vestiges of old pre RF 7 versions. But all of these are minor relative to the main factors I look for (see summary).
Summary
I've tried multiple password managers including LastPass. They all struggle to keep up with constantly evolving Web technology and restrictions beyond their control, so there will always be ongoing issues. I look for the best overall reliability, security, ease-of-use and support. For those people complaining about having to copy and paste passwords on iPhone and iPad, it's because of a universal cross-app communication blockade in Apple iOS along with the inability to change default browser from Safari. All password managers have this problem on Apple iOS devices.
Note: The $29.95 price shown by CNET is not applicable for RoboForm Everywhere which is actually $20 per year (same price as the LastPass + xMarks Pro bookmark manager bundle).

"Works well for me on Windows and "IOS" platform"
Version: RoboForm 7.8
Pros
Works as advertised; good support
Cons
Some difficulty using with IPad...probably Safari's fault

"So easy to use"
Version: RoboForm 7.8
Pros
Simple to set up, easy to use, saves lots of remembering. :-)
Cons
Sync is a bit cumbersome, but I guess that keeps things secure.
Summary
I love this program. I live in two countries and can sync my secure with my laptop and two desktops so everything is always up to date. In addition, while I have a mental formula to produce passwords, it is really handy not to have to type them in every time I want to sign in somewhere.

"Just the best!"
Version: RoboForm 7.8
Pros
My passwords/logins are available anywhere there is a computer with an Internet connection!
Cons
Doesn't work with all Windows applications that have security options that include passwords. (It DOES work with MS Word.)
Summary
Highly recommended!

"works great for my needs"

fast, stays updated, easy to use
Cons
keeps multiple copies of passwords when not asked to
Summary

"Great piece of software. I've use it every day."
Version: RoboForm 7.8
Pros
Easy install, easy to figure out how to use. It is kept up to date and you are reminded if there is an update.
Cons
Once in a while the website will change its format and when you click the autologin button, Roboform is confused and things don't fill in, in the right place. That is easily dealt with.
Summary
Get it if you have more than five passwords. It remembers them for you and if you are like me, you probably have a lot more than that. The program allows you to print out a hard copy of all your passwords..

"Great for PC, Not so great for iPad"
Version: RoboForm 7.8
Pros
RoboForm Everywhere syncs well between my multiple PCs and my iPad.
On the PCs I can navigate to a website using my browser, then use the RoboForm toolbar to log in or fill out forms. This works very well and saves a lot of typing.Cons
I'm a relatively new iPad user. However, I don't believe the Safaria browser supports toolbars. I can login to a wedsite by launching the RoboForm app, navigate to the appropriate passcard then select Login. Navigating to the website via the browser or via a app then switching to the RoboForm app and copying and pasting the login information is awkward and time consuming.

"Five years of use, I cannot compute without Roboform!"
Version: RoboForm 7.8
Pros
The segregation of frequently used logins is quite useful.
Cons
When using the Chrome browser, I am unable to place Roboform at the top of the screen, only on the bottom.
Summary
Roboform Everywhere allows me to quickly use the same passwords across multiple machines.
