Summary
I rendered a 3D animation in widescreen because I have a widescreen monitor. I wanted a lightweight conversion program to convert the video because the video from my 3D app was over 250 MB and I wanted to to upload it to the internet. So, I downloaded and installed this program. The first thing I noticed was that the .wmv output didn't work, though that wasn't a huge deal for me. It created the file but it was 0 kb and wouldn't play. I tried some other formats and it worked. However, it squished my widescreen video into a square video. So, I changed to custom output and found that this program only has square output resolution choices. That's not good. Most of the monitors currently being sold (and that were being sold when this product was released) are widescreen monitors. Someone needs to realize that when they make a program like this and include widescreen resolution choices. I am very unhappy with this product because of the resolution choices (or lack thereof) which is why I gave it a low rating.
