Pros
converts most fomats to flash but when i tried to convert it did freeze up but was still converting while it was froozen(so have patience!) but the final converted file didnt have as good as quality as the orininal file.(might just be me idk)
Cons
messed up my windows now it doesnt reconize zips like when i go to download a ziped thing off the internet it identifies it as a flash video.

Encodes with great choices to resolution and bit rate. Interface is easy to use. IT'S FREE!
Cons
I have experienced the WMV crash. So I just converted the file to MPG and then to FLV.

This is an amazing product, it can not be compared to any other product because its the only free flv encoder on the web.
Cons
Looks as though theres a thing that spins round to show its doing something, but it is frozen for most of the encoding proccess. Do not listen to other who say it freezes it is still working.

Pros
Simple and easy to use. I'll be teaching non techies to use this soon.
Cons
Its not as flexible as the FLV exporter bundled with Flash MX2004. But that only runs on expensive 3rd party video software. If you don't have the 3rd party stuff, you're stuck with the basic built in flash video import - which isn't very good.
So if you need to export to flash easily, this makes a good compromise.
