    Yes it runs on Win 7 - Even my Windows 7 Enterrise 64 bit.
    All you have to do is run as administrator - then in the Risk executable - Properties - Run in XP sp3 mode. It runs perfectlly.
    This download is 15 minutes - then you must purchase
