"Everything I wanted - works with Stanton T.92 USB."
Version: Rip Vinyl 3.38
Pros
Easy installation. Paypal setup allowed for almost instant installation. Works with my Stanton T.92 USB turntable, and detects it as long as it's plugged in.
But the hidden gem is the customer service. I emailed Wieser Software, and within an hour, I had a response. Nicely done.
Incidentally, the question I asked was for a feature that allows you to choose when the track breaks. Shift+Stop does that. I never knew you could break tracks manually. Anthony Wieser really thought about features people want, and you can tell he's proud of his software. He should be.Cons
It takes a little testing to know that your recording levels aren't distorting, but hey, so did tape decks. It's not a con, but I have to write something, right?
Summary
Fantastic price, amazing value. I'd have paid double the price for what I saw several programs sell for vs. features, but I'll keep that down until you guys buy it.

"Effective and efficient"
Version: Rip Vinyl 3.38
Pros
I like the fact that I now have a chance to turn tapes to digital. Also the fact that I can now make my own multi hour mixes specific for DVD. A very effective tool on the music front even if you have a lot of complicated soft/hardware...this is by far the easiest digital recording tool I have ever used. Some of the best money I have spent.

"I've used this app for a few years and I LOVE it - it's perfect for the job."
Version: Rip Vinyl 3.38
Pros
Simple, elegant, does exactly what it needs to do. Handles all the essential tasks such as seemless splitting of tracks on the fly, fine-tuning input levels, defining saved file types. Customer support is OUTSTANDING, I lost my SW key when migrating to a new machine and they emailed it to me overnight - I was ready to go again before I could even read the FAQ!
Cons
Doesn't slice bread.
