"Just works"
Version: Right Zoom 1.72
Pros
Works like it should and it's free without any serious drawbacks
Cons
Some apps are not working with it, that's why do not enable it for all apps, just for apps where you need it
Summary
Like some previous reviewer told, some Adobe apps are not compatible, but why choose 1-star rating for that? It's actually described in the help file and you just can add those apps to Exceptions.
Overall it's helpful app in my opinion. -
"What Apple forgot"
Version: Right Zoom 1.72
Pros
Maximises windows, rather than the user having to perform the stupid, awkward routine of dragging the corner of a window to full screen.
I have an older version (tiger era) that still works for lion. ie, without updating, it is highly compatibleCons
Doesn't work with some applications
Summary
Incredibly useful, and personally, I think it's an option that should be included with all versions of OSX.

"Can cause other apps to freeze"
Version: Right Zoom 1.72
Pros
Works for maximizing windows (on 10.6.8)
Cons
Causes Adobe Illustrator to freeze when shift-clicking objects on the canvas. I set shift to be the modifier used for when I click the plus button on windows, but that should be beach-balling Illustrator. UNINSTALLED.

"Works as intended!"
Version: Right Zoom 1.72
Pros
- Makes apps full screen without hassle
- Does not annoy with anythingCons
Some apps (rarely) need to be added to Exclusions. Some Adobe apps for example
Summary
Configure it correctly and enjoy - it's free and used by many Mac users :))

"Does not play well with other apps."
Version: Right Zoom 1.72
Pros
Zooms windows as promised.
Cons
When Right Zoom is running, my mouse can only open one folder, and then no longer can click, or double-click anything else open.
Summary
Beware.
