"Horrible, but not as bad as the alternative"

    July 1, 2013  |   By LOLgoatse

    Pros

*Download doesn't lock up near as much as in Rhapsody 4.0
*As pathetically glitchy as it is, this is actually STILL better than the other version
*Random crashes occur every 2 rather than 1 hours

    Cons

*Everything is incredibly slow, even deleting a song takes 10 minutes at least, and that's on a good day
*Nonexistent customer support. They never have a clue what to do, so they tell you to close all programs, including the chat window, to get you to stop bothering them. This is what happens when you hire finance people to do IT jobs...
*It may be less glitchy than the 4.0 version, but it's still horrible

    Summary

Unfortunately, this is STILL the only service out there that lets you transfer tracks to your player on a subscription basis. There used to be hundreds of startups like Rhapsody back in 2003-05, napster and mp3now were some of the best, but the worst service with the best advertising won.

If there's ever an alternative, i'm switching without hesitation the moment I read about it

I had to go into the f**king REGISTRY and manually disable hardblocks of incompatible programs to get this thing to run.
