"Great System With Lots of Potential for B&Bs and Inns"

Pros
Probably the best value of all the systems out there designed for B&B inns. Excellent interface, easy to use, some sophisticated features including a two way interface with hotels.com, stellar support team willing to assist and implement new ideas.
Cons
Its ease and flexibility are great but also mean a lack of security functions and sophisticated reports which may or may not be an issue for some hotels.
Summary
Excellent program with an easy windows based interface. Lots of bells and whistles considering the price and comes with an excellent customer service/tech support team. I have worked hand in hand with much more expensive software companies who lacked an excellent support team and I can say from experience, that makes a huge difference.
