This is a great folder hiding program!!! Trust me, I have been looking for months for a completely free program that actually hides your files so that even Windows XP's search option will not be able to find my folders. The review above this one is dead wrong. If you enable "show hidden files" the Revosoft program will still hide your files!!!

It does not password protect any file or folder. It simply HIDES it, if you choose 'show hidden files' option any file protected by the program is easily visible and accesible. The password is of no use

This product will hide the files from anyone who knows zilch about computers. Other than that, it's okay for a good laugh.

The "file hiding" is possibly the easiest to get around that I've ever seen.
On a folder taskbar, go Tools > Folder Options > View > then click the option 'Show hidden files and folders'...and the program has been foiled!

Anyone can use this - and a simple interface. You can't get any easier. This program also completely hides the folder in question and the files inside from view, even during using the search feature. Your files will stay hidden.
Cons
Next release could use a quick key button combination like some programs use (e.g. Ctrl-F12 or Ctrl-Alt-F12, or something you choose) to initiate the program, and have the option to keep the shortcut or start menu folder out of sight.
Better to hide something when nobody KNOWS you're hiding something....
