"Not quite as good as it sound"
Pros
It cerainly does a great job of uninsalling the application, and then searching for leftover data in the Registry and on your HDD.
Cons
The paid version seems more sluggish than the free version.
When it displays the list of apps that it can uninstall it misses a lot. For example, I just checked and checked only applications beginning with the letter "A"--it missed five applications; including Adobe Flash Player.
A major annoyance (for me) is their draconian license agreement. Once you have used up your allocated number of installs it won't install again. I reformat my HDD frequently, necessitating several fresh installs. It's annoying when it announces that you have installed it too often and offers to sell you another license!
Rather than revert to the free version of Revo, I decided to try the free IOBit Uninstaller. It certainly seems to find ALL the applications on my HDD. It hasn't caused any problems, and it seems to clean up the Registry etc. However, there is no easy way for me to check this.Summary
My normal practice is to use the free version (or trial version) and then buy the paid version--even if the free version doesn't expire. I like to support the developers when I can. However, in this case I quite regred paying for the full version.
My advice: If you like the Revo product, stay with the free version--or consider trying out IOBit Unistaller.

Thank you for your comment on our product!
We rely very much on the users feedback to improve our product and support.
We have never offered to any of our customers to buy a new license if there are any problems with the activation or if the activation has to be reset.
Usually we assist in registration problems in few minutes to few hours.
About not listed programs if a program writes uninstall data (if it is installable according to the Windows standards) it should be listed in Revo Uninstaller Pro. But if it is not listed one option is to use the "Refresh" command to refresh the list (in more cases there is no need of refresh), or if the program is marked as "System Component", the option "Show system components" should be turned on.
Thank you.
