    "This is the program to use when all else fails"

    Pros

    It is the best solution when you can't completely uninstall a program and it is causing problems for you .

    Cons

    none. They even let you use the Pro version free for 30 days.

    Summary

    this really saved my life. (not really) . would recommend it strongly.
