Version: Retail Plus 2.0
Pros: the relief i feel after venting frustration about this software.
Cons: simply put, it doesn't work. numerous features just don't work, or anywhere near as well as you woulfd.

"95% of what any retailer would need"
Pros: The interface, design, and online support are top notch. The program is simple to install, learn, and use, and has almost every major feature you could desire. Best of all, the setup of the many (many!) options is very straightforward... a relief compared to dozens of other programs we considered.
Cons: The only problem we have to date is the limitation of the tax rate to two decimal places... in Dallas, the tax rate is .0825%... yet the program only allows for the first three digits.

Summary: Limited reporting, reports and labels/tags are not editable.
Matrix function has a good start but is far from being truly functional. Fix those things and this could be a good program. read more
