at the end it's $15.00 fee if you want to retreive your information or else it takes over 10 days to get your work product. It a bait and switch scam

Lost days of work to an online scam or pay up sucker
Totally bad service. Paid for the 20 minute service and didn't get my resume after hours. I type in the information and they charge me to get my own writing back and then don't deliver. STAY AWAY STAY FAR AWAY! BAD COMPANY

It was easy to use. I was able to post my resume online It had many helpful tips and information.

Nothing, the service worked well.

For something to be a rip off you must first be charged for something.

This site does not charge for anything.
This person must have clicked on one of the advertisements displayed on the site, had a problem with the 3rd party site and assumed it was still the original site which is impossible.
There is no $15 charge, there is no 10 days of waiting. Everything is free and done online instantly. There is no fee to get the resume, there hasn't been since the site came online in 2006!
