"Very Disappointing"

I downloaded and installed this software. It immediately reported a bug with its own database, then it displayed the main screen. When I click to enter 1 item, I get errors. More errors. When I click on help they want to charge me. Icould not find any online help. what a mess.

NOTHING good to say about this buggy software. waste of my time and disk space.

Pros
My wife and I opened our first restaurant in February of 2010. Just need a basic pos system we chose Restaurant Maid software. It works great just create your inventory of items and your ready to go.
Cons
Basic menu items pre loaded in inventory would be nice but noy absalutly necessary but would be nice

Easy to use, FULL of feature and customer service is 5 star. Really saved me 3 days days before opening.

Nothing I dont like.

This product has every feature you could need for your restaurant. It is so easy to install and use. The customer service is outstanding.
