Pros
It works like it is supposed to. It slows the cpu to whatever speed I choose.
Cons
Nothing negative.
Summary
Like I stated above, the program works as intended. It slows the speed of the CPU so that I can intervene in situations where the processor speed makes negotiating difficult. Thanks.
