Version: Replay AV 8.52
"Horrible Customer Service And Support Issues"
Pros: Can record may streams, including Sirus/XM
Cons: Like: You can record a lot of streams.
Summary: I have been a long time customer who paid their "upgrade fee" in December 2008. Product stopped working as advertised shortly after. Numerous tickets and requests for when/if this would be fixed fell on deaf ears.
Dislike: Poor customer service, inability to support products.
Forced to reply on forums to get a response from "tech support".
All in all, a good company that has turned into the worst. They take your money, and don't support the product.
Sad to see a company go from good to horrible.
