Pros
I like the fact that by converting bmp's to jpeg's I can use less space to store images and can attach more images to an email.
Cons
I haven't as of yet found anything that I don't like about this product.
Summary
I haven't come across the need to convert anything except bmp's to jpeg's yet so I don't have experience with all of this programs capabilities, however for the purpose I am using this program for it has worked like a charm. It is very user friendly and converts in the blink of an eye.

"A "Must Have" For Anyone Who Works With Digital Images!"

Pros
Instantly coverts image files to different formats via the right-click context menu, supports a wide variety of file types, easy to use, fast high quality conversion, compatible with 32 and 64 bit systems, lightweight (small footprint), free!
Cons
Not a "Con" but just be aware that it's not a full blown editor. It's sole purpose is to provide instant format conversions, saving you the time and trouble of opening your files in a cumbersome editor to accomplish this common task.
Summary
A handy application for any Windows user who works with digital photos. The application is as intuitive as it gets. Simply hover your cursor over a digital image file (a jpg photo example) and right-click your mouse. A context menu allows you to instantly convert and save to most any image format (bmp, png, gif, tiff, psd, etc.) or even as an icon, PS, or PDF file. The developer was kind enough to notify me when the 64 bit compatible version became available and I'm glad to see the familiar "Convert Image To..." command on my context menu once again!
