Version: Remote Support System 1.7.2
"Excellent product, great forum, great support"
Pros: Very cost effective - a once-off purchase with a lifetime license. Prompt responses to support requests, and above all, the product is so easy to use, and gives us minimal technical problems.

Cons: not free as always when catagorized as free
Summary: Enough is enough, when are the creators of software going to realize that free is free. When I create software for free, it is free (no games, no spyware, no lies) absolutely free. I hate every on CNET that promotes their software being free when it ... read more

Version: Remote Support System 1.7.2
"It works great, no monthly fees, and my clients love it"
Pros: I have been looking for something like this for a long time. I can now remotely support NEW customers over the internet with relative ease. This program is fantastic and is much better than the others. It has already paid for itself, time again.
Cons: Could have advertised on the radio, then I wouldn't have wasted so much time and money on the other stuff that's out there. Now i OWN my remote support business.
Summary: Bottom Line..: The program works, the support you get is fantastic and it has enabled me to take my IT business to the next level. There are many "services" out there that allow remote support, but this software is something I can OWN and it works b... read more
