Publisher's description of Remote Support System
This software package will allow you to create a single exe file that a client can download off your Web page. When executed it will AutoMagically connect back to you (through firewalls) and allow you to provide remote support. You now can provide support for clients you've never even met, transfer files and directories, chat with the client, reboot the remote PC with auto-reconnect, reboot the remote PC into safe mode with auto-reconnect. A customizable invoice for the session is generated automatically and emailed you and your clients, allowing for instant payment by credit card. Drawing on the remote screen and paging the remote client, are all available. The program is free for non-commercial use only. Version 1.7.2 may include unspecified updates, enhancements, or bug fixes.

"Excellent product, great forum, great support"
Pros: Very cost effective - a once-off purchase with a lifetime license. Prompt responses to support requests, and above all, the product is so easy to use, and gives us minimal technical problems.

"Program detected as Virus by Avira Antivirus"
Pros: None. Program was detected as a virus by Avira Antivirus when I ran the set up.
Cons: Avira detected this program as a Virus. I uninstalled right after I installed. I had ran an antivirus scan just yesterday and PC was clean.
Summary: Not sure if Avira reported this as a false positive, but it scared the heck out of me and I uninstalled right away.

"It works great, no monthly fees, and my clients love it"
Pros: I have been looking for something like this for a long time. I can now remotely support NEW customers over the internet with relative ease. This program is fantastic and is much better than the others. It has already paid for itself, time again.
Cons: Could have advertised on the radio, then I wouldn't have wasted so much time and money on the other stuff that's out there. Now i OWN my remote support business.
