"Ugly UI, VERY limited program"

You feed it two IP's. It gives you a mask which will encompass both of them.
Cons
Not very useful. Mask output only in 252.0.0.0 type of output.

Does one thing and does it well. Enter a range of IP addresses and it will tell you the submask needed. No guessing, no trial and error. No other program I looked at will do that.
Cons
User interface could use a little work. Instead of entering dots you must tab from box to box to enter the four octets.
Summary
If all you need to do is calculate subnets to get a desired range of IP addresses (for example, to block hacker's IPs), this program is it! Enter an IP address range and it will tell you the submask needed. No guessing, no trial and error. No other program I looked at will do that.
