This application primarily displays Windows Registry errors, but deletes only improper file associations. Registry Toolkit's visually attractive and straightforward interface combines with a detailed help file for easy user operation. It automatically scans your Registry for errors and quickly displays a detailed scan result. Though the program checks 13 Registry sections the demo only removes invalid file associations. All invalid and incorrect program shortcuts are marked for deletion with no simple way to unmark all. Novice users are given no indication if critical entries are marked for deletion. Registry Toolkit automatically creates entry backups before deletion. Advanced tools include Browser Helper Object manager, IE Backup/Restore, Start-up and Uninstall manager, though some features are disabled in this demo. Users with Registry repair experience will find that Registry Toolkit makes the process simple and efficient.
