This Program has to scan everything to become effective and reliable, which is normal and very helpful when you encounter a lot of problem.
Cons
Guess what happen when you boot your computer and this program has to scan every driver, file and component include in your system/drive/programs ?
My computer is now clean but everytime I open my computer, it takes 2 mins to do the complete cycle through.
Do I save on something waiting 2 mins on every reboot ? I'm not quite sure.
What I suggest ? Install it, do the full scan and then open it once a week and do the full analysis to see if something worth the deep Comprehensive Total Care.

I bought RM over a year ago, and have been very pleased with it.
Cons
However, I just received a notice that they will "automatically renew my license."
Excuse me, but I bought it! So I thought. Turns out I was really leasing it. Even Download.com thinks it's a purchase, as there is no mention of any license restriction in the description or editor's review.
I avoid companies that sneak these kind of restrictions up on you. I think it's dishonest.

Made my computer faster, found lots of registry problems, after it found the problems it removed them all, the interface is really easy to use, and the available options for it are enough for most users.

This is a good program but it is not totally safe, in the past I have had a problem or two, only because I did not review the found "problem"..if you are not sure don't delete or "repair" it. The registry compactor works really well, however do not over use this feature.
Cons
I do not use the Optimize System feature, it does not let you know WHAT it is optimizing or any info at all. I use RegSupreme from Macecraft, if you use the "normal" setting while scanning you can just about trust the results without reviewing every entry. If you use the "aggressive" mode you should review all problems.

It does the job..., without a big hassel. Easy to use and accurate.
Cons
Couldnt get help. I bought, (with CC), installed, registered, then when my computer crashed, I couldnt re install it. I contacted them and they "never heard of me". My cc statement heard of them, i had its full use for many months, but they "know nothing". What a cheap and dishonest way of selling it to me, again! NOT! Nor anything else from them.
