  "too much trouble to install"

  free - and description sounds good

  Cons

  took an hour to download only to discover that it needs a .net version that I did not have. Who knows how much more time that would have required? Faster to download something else instead.

  Summary

  Create a system restore point before using it, like all these things, and make sure your PC will actually operate a system restore.
