Version: RegScrubVistaXP 1.1
Pros: It scanned my registry faster than other cleaners I tried. It found and fixed 808 problems. By comparison, RegCure took about twice as long to scan, but found 1024 problems. The trial version of RegCure would not fix any of the problems it found.
The RegScrubVistaXP scanning report gives excellent information about the problems it finds. It does a backup of the registry file before making any changes.
Cons: Help didn't work.

Pros: Works well to clean the registry
Cons: Stops the event viewr from working. You get an error message that MMC could not create the snapin.
Summary: If you don't need the MMC services then go ahead. I was gutted that Reg Scrub cleaned a bit too much and stopped this vital function. I was full of praise for the software and told friends about it until I found this out. USE AT YOUR PERIL read more

"Backup your system before using this tool."
Pros: quite an untested program in the house.
Cons: It will remove everything, leave you alone rebuilding your XP.

Pros: this little program certainly hits hard
Cons: the look of the user interface is a little confussing at first
