Summary
Yes, I could opt to clean my registry manually but why do that when it's much quicker to use RegScanner's. I'm a genuine advocate for any software that saves me valuable time and RegScanner does! The first time that I used RegScanner I noticed that my network connected faster, my browsers loaded much quicker, and my movie downloads on Netflix loaded within seconds instead of minutes! Now my computer's speed has improved and faster internet download times means that I save on my internet gigabyte usage. Thanks, RegScanner!

I did not have any issues.
Summary
I needed to manually uninstall Silverlight or so I was told to do so by a Microsoft Support Person. After over an hour, I was still deleting. Ridiculous!! I found NirSoft RegScanner, searched and removed 'em in seconds.
