Recovery for Word fixes corrupted Microsoft Word document files (.DOC). The latest Recovery for Word 3.1 has been enchanced with Microsoft Word 2007 Beta 2 support. Recovers documents of all modern file versions, including Word 2003/XP/2000/97/95/6.0 documents. Recovers text and formatting. Recovers password-protected files (if password is known).
Version 3.1 features Microsoft Word 12 support and bug fixes.

Version: Recovery for Word 3.1
"It recovered a form of the file that was several saves prior to the newest form."
Pros: It did bring back some of the file, but one that was approximately 3 saves old.
Cons: Didn't recover the newer changes that had been saved.

Pros: Seemed to work well to recover my document.
Cons: Unfortunately, if you are using the demo, you get just that...an incomplete document. Portions of text replaced with "demo demo demo"
