Summary
I downloaded the trial and attempted to recover doc. It recovered first page of a 6 page doc. I purchased the software thinking the the full version would recover the complete document. When it did not, I contacted the company for a refund and was told that the that the trial version displays the entire amount of information that the software was able to recover. It does not specifically say that on their website, so how is the consumer suppose to know that. Do not purchase this software it is a rip-off.
By the way, the company told me they would not give me a refund.
