Crippled So Bad It's Worthless

Pros: Seems to do okay at finding files

Cons: To the software makers out there here's some advice..........DO NOT cripple your trial software so badly that ordinary people can't use it! You would sell more if you just make it a time limit trial with no limitaions ! This software is crippled so badly not being able to save that it is worthless. And very high priced at that.My time as anyone elses is more valuble then having to download and install then finding out you can't save anything, and then having to uninstall it. And can't see paying $67 just to maybe be able to recover some files. Theres a whole lot of totally free Drive Recovery programs out there.

The preview window displays what can be recovered!

The preview window in Recover My Files actually shows what files can be recovered - you can see the pictures, read the documents etc. What better evaluation of a data recovery program do u need! This is certainly better than saving one or two files and trying to work out from that if the program is doing its job. The program is not free - if getting your data back is worth more than $67 then it is good value. Give this evaluation version a try against any of the free data recovery software out there and then compare the results - in data recovery you very much get what you pay for.
