  "Used for years and got rid of paper"

  Pros

  Easy to set up and comes with a help file. I wonder if the other reviewer knew this. I find it strange that he would review something without trying it.

  Cons

  You do need to read the help file as there are a lot of things to set up if you want to have a decent filing system. Or you can just have a pile of pdf's. Take your pick.

  Summary

  You've still got to keep up with the slush pile of stuff that comes your way but this way you can at least find it when you need it.

  "Unusable, no instructions"

  Pros

  It opened up without crashing.

  Cons

  There is an interface but no clue as to how to use it. Not interested in exploring the function of a black box.
