Pros: None
Cons: Everything! lol I don't think that for one, it is very professional software, becuase on the instructions to install it it tells you that if you need a CD key, press cancel, and do all these rituals... I'm a big computer user, so that is a turn-off. Also, the graphics are not good like they say, the test questions are EASY, so it does not help. All I can say is that this program is PURE JUNK, and that no individual should EVER be cought using it.

"Don't even bother with the demo much less the $ version."
Cons: This product is just a fancy paint program with some sorry testing features.
The concept is that you create simple idea boxes that you attach other ideas to. The idea that you can tackle a subject like the American Revolution (my example) with simple cascading text boxes is moronic. For example, ask the question (your primary idea card) ?What was the American Revolution?? and where is that supposed to cascade to? That they didn?t try a somewhat difficult topic in their examples demonstrates the product?s weakness.
The graphics don?t even work well. Try curving a line and the arrow points don?t adjust. Scroll bars don?t exist, you have to pan by hand. The cluttered screen will confuse a user of any age.
You could spend months building a knowledge base, only to have all your external links (wormholes?) not work because the remote site goes down or renames everything (they should import this stuff I think). Why have ?wormholes? when you can just hypertext the text?
The demo version is missing features so you can?t even test what might be considered a strength.
They created an impressive sale demo but don?t fall for the promise, the product doesn?t deliver.

Pros: It is a unique full 3D study software so far I can see with lots of userful functions. Study becomes a fun game with different ways to organize and testing your 'ideas'.
Cons: It is not always intuitive to find the function I need. It takes a little time to get familiar. But once you are on it, everything is prefect.

"Best full-service self-test application"
Pros: This is the best fully-featured self-test application. If you're studying for any board or certification exams this is the application for you. However, keep in mind that you need to start using this application as soon as you can to get the most benefit out of it as it automatically tests you on what you enter over time. The programmers are very open to suggestions and have already included several of mine. This can also be used on TabletPCs in the classroom or on rounds.
Cons: The list of suggestions is quite long as everyone uses this software differently so some suggestions may take several versions before inclusion. Although there is work on a version for PocketPC, Windows Mobile, Palm, nothing has come out yet (20071024).
