It seems to be working ok now, time will tell.
Cons
The driver didn't install correctly & shut down the audio. I ran a troubleshooting program several times, but still wouldn't install. Finally the driver installed & turned on after I updated the driver.

May not have been the best choice. After downloading it, I got a message it was not approved for Microsoft??? The driver didn't install correctly & shut down the audio. I ran a troubleshooting program several times, but still wouldn't install. Finally the driver installed & turned on after I updated the driver. It is currently working, as far as I know.

I like the products versitility and range of use.
Cons
For the new user, it is not very intuitive as to how to use some of the features, until you experiment with it for a very long time.

Some of the functions need better expainations or the shortcuts need to be more inclusive of what their function is.

Pros
this driver is fine for any sound system . you can even do a little mixing with it and rearrange already recorded music into ultra cool sounding clublike sounds. or use it to modify your own recordings
Cons
I really cant think of anything bad to say about this driver. NVIDIA uses the same one, basically its even a little more tricked out.
Summary
I like this product and use it myself even with my onboard soundcard.

The motherboard it is on is old, I don't really care for the sound. I doesn't play half the time?

I am not sure I care for it at all. May have to purchase a different audio card.
