From RealWorld Graphics :RealWorld Cursor Editor can create and edit static and animated Windows cursors. A drag-and-drop based interface allows users to easily reorder, duplicate, or append frames to animated cursors. Images in cursors can be modified by drawing tools such as Lines, Curves, Rectangles, or Ellipses. Application contains several predefined filters covering color corrections, sharpening, softening, motion blur, and other effects.

"A truly easy prgram that can make ANY cursors."
Pros: +Its completely free with no limitations whatsoever.
+Very easy to use with nice looking buttons.
+You can contribute any of your works to the website for other people to use.
+Good effects like the drop shadow.
+Can make animations very easily with simple frames.
+Can use all colours.
Cons: -It lacks a magic wand tool so you will find yourself constantly clicking the cut button to make you image transparent in areas.

Version: RealWorld Cursor Editor 2006.1
Pros: I was making a bunch of cool animated and still cursors (from images drawn in Inkscape- which is awesome) until...
Cons: Norton notified that it had removed the trojan "Bloodhound.Exploit.20"... 10 times! I researched this and found from Symantec and Microsoft that it was designed to exploit Windows through .ani cursor files, and icons. This gets one star from me. Hopefully CNET can remove this and tell me it hasn't brought anything else to float around on my computer.

"Perfect for making a custom cursor."
Pros: Opens with intuitive menus. I needed no help what so ever.
Cons: It lacks some complexity so it looks like a cheap program. Oh, wait a minute, ...that's a pro!
