Version: RealPlayer 11
"- Can't beat Good Ol' Windows Media Player -"
Pros: Works Good...looks good.
Cons: I don't think it measures up to Windows Media Player. I've tried shifting to Real several times; but I come back to WM Player every time.

Except WMPlayer is close to useless without all the added gimics requred. For a novice - WMP is great. It is good exercise for video manipulators and directors. But for general use - easy "Just Do It" video recording off the Internet - This player out does WMP by Gigs. And for those having problems with the size of RealPlayer...Get a decent computer, lose Win98, and get with the Real World.
Real Player works just fine. If you wanna incorporate your video productions with Microsoft products - then stick with the Player they invennted. If you just wanna record and play back stuff with an easy library - easy access player - go with Real.
