Version: RealPlayer SP 1.0.4
"Do not trust these people."
Pros: A good player as long as you do not expect it to do more.
Cons: Do not pay for upgrades. Did it twice and feel it was not worth paying to have the enhanced player. Customer support does not exist and you will not get the additional features promised in the ads.
Summary: Download the free basic and stick to it. Do not buy upgrades unless you try them first.
