"Poor Customer Service"
Version: Real Estate Success Tracker - REST 3.7 Rev. B
Pros
i spent a few days watching the videos and gathering all my information it looks like a great progarm with a lot of features
Cons
i bought the program today and $499. i immediately received a receipt and that was it. I waited about 10 minutes then went to their site amd sent an email with my receipt number an hour later i received 3 emails one with instructions and registering my software and the last was to bee an attachment with a Filemaker pro licenses required to install the program. The problem is there was not a filemaker pro license attached. i called and emailed no word no i am leary on this company as i just spent $499 and i have no program
Summary
if rest is going to charge a hefty amount for their software they need reliabe ways to install and availabe support

Almost has too many features. There is no way one program can excel at everything in real estate, and this is true with Rest.
Summary
My one star review is based mainly on the inflexible and greedy business attitude, simply, poor customer service. A 10 day trial is really not enough to get your head around the quirky user flow of this program. It's not very intuitive, especially with Mail features, lacks design templates, and is ultimately not a one-stop interface for your real estate business.
Several weeks after purchasing it at a steep $399, I realized this program was not for me. II discovered that this progam was not for me (I was out of the country when I purchased it and only started using it a couple weeks later),
I very kindly asked for a refund, since I would not be using it at all any further. Of course I asked them to de-activate the software or void the serial number. Since I downloaded the program, I thought this was reasonable.
They denied my request, basically sitcking it to me for their $399. That's bad service. I had a similar experience with one other program, and a refund was promptly honored.
They claimed to want me to be a happy customer, but this does not achieve that. I really think the best way to treat a customer is to honor them, and if I discovered that the program was not what I thought it was, based on a tight 10 day trial, for $399, I think a refund is reasonable.
So screw them, and I will add this negative review about Rest where ever I can. find
