Version: Readiris Pro 9.0
"TRICK - there is NO free trial download"
Pros: There are NO pros -- you cannot try their software
Cons: Their 'free trial' software is $60.
Summary: There is NO way to try their $130 list software to see if it's any good. There is No free trial download anywhere. If you go to their website, they sucker you to a page to click for a free trial, but you are redirected only to a flash demo -- nothing else. THEN they try to sell you the software for $130 - or on sale for 15 days for 'only' $60. There is NO WAY to download any trial. Since their site is running a bait-&-switch, I won't risk buying anything from such a company.
