"Ugly interface, non-standard file names"

Size of parts cannot be selected.
Output directory selection dialog is different than input file selection dialog, and doesn't allow to see the content of the selected directory to check its content first.
Split files don't get the standard extensions 001, 002, etc.; instead, the program prefixes the file name with 01_, 02_, etc. Other joining programs don't like this scheme.
The output folder field only contains the drive letter, not the path, so we cannot see and confirm the whole path.
The program doesn't appear in the Windows taskbar.
